Mission Hill Capital signed its first tenant to Offices at Victory Ridge, a two-building, 145,053-square-foot mixed-use development in Colorado Springs. Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. inked an 18,089-square-foot lease at 10855 Hidden Pool Heights. Brad Bird and John Marold with CBRE represented the landlord. Transwestern’s Howard Watkins negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
