The Durst Organization has been selected as the Delaware River Waterfront Commission (DRWC) development partner to develop two key parcels at Penn’s Landing along the Philadelphia waterfront. The New York City-based owner-developer will work with DRWC to develop two sites: one between Market and Chestnut streets and another along the Marina Basin to the south of the future Penn’s Landing Park.
