What You’ll Do:

As a MEP Director, you will lead teams of MEP professionals, focusing on pre-construction and project management. You will:
· Provide MEP expertise and design continuity among multiple projects
· Analyze project system specifications and drawings to ensure coverage of scope
· Formulate strategies to enhance project delivery
· Support and manage MEP estimating and design build, reporting to the Sr. VP of Preconstruction
· Provide team leadership and mentoring
· Focus on continuous improvement and innovation in all you do
What You Need to Succeed:
· A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture) or equivalent experience.
· Minimum ten years managing construction projects or MEP designs as a consulting engineer or D/B subcontractor
· Advanced MEP expertise
· Experience in office, residential, bio science, specialty and/or health care market segments
· LEED AP is preferred but not required
· Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

CA-Los Angeles Construction-General Contracting
The King Street Renovation project located in San Francisco, CA is an office renovation totaling 18,251 SF. A renovation of Webcor’s corporate office, the project is located on the third floor of a Type 1 concrete residential building. Designed by Blitz Architects, the tenant improvements to Webcor’s third floor office space included a complete interior buildout of the space while occupied by corporate staff and residents on other floors of the building
Hollywood Park Retail located in Inglewood, CA is a ground-up, Type II and Type IV steel retail project designed by Architects Orange. This GMP project totals 519,022 square feet throughout 24 structures with 1-2 levels above grade. Amenities include lake front dining space, an outdoor recreational plaza, an outdoor movie screen, world-class retailers, designers and brands, and a 20,000 SF mix of local and regional restaurants.
The project’s total square footage is distributed throughout one structure with 12 levels above grade and three levels below grade. It includes 58 limited-edition residences with an average size of more than 2,400 square feet and a 12,000 square foot, full floor penthouse which is one of the most expensive ever sold in Los Angeles. Connected parking totals 159,224 square feet and 174 stalls.Four Seasons Private Residences at Los Angeles is a ground-up, Type I concrete condominium project. The project is designed by CallisonRTKL Inc.
The Transbay Parcel F project is an approximately 800 foot tall mixed-use tower in downtown San Francisco that includes a luxury five star hotel, dedicated office, retail, and for-sale residential units. It is also one of the only three buildings with a direct connection to the adjacent Salesforce Transit Center’s 5.4-acre rooftop park via pedestrian skybridge. Architect:
