Position Overview

San Francisco, CA, Redwood City, CA

The Bay Area is seeking a motivated, independent, driven individual who is interested in working with the Get Work team as a Sales Coordinator. Looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience working within a CRM database (Cosential or Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively lead internal campaigns
  • At minimum, basic understanding of A/E/C industry  
  • At minimum, entry-level sales/marketing background

Responsibilities:

Data Maintenance and Analytics

  • Manage and maintain regional CRM data
    • Work with National Sales + Marketing Team to further develop and implement best practices for updating and managing Cosential
  • Leverage Get Work data to communicate sales analytics and Get Work milestones thru regional reporting
    • Monthly sales updates for Peer Group Meetings and quarterly sales updates for local business meetings
    • Leverage our tools to better inform sales (Yammer, Office 365, Elevate, etc.)
    • Use CRM and PowerBI to develop Win/Loss reports to better understand our relationships with customers and dive deeper into competitor analysis
  • Develop/facilitate sales-focused trainings
    • Networking 101, Networking 102, CRM Training, DPR Differentiators w/ Customer Value Focus (vConstruct, SPW, DBC, VueOps, VDC)   

Client Events and Insights

  • Work with the team to develop a record of client likes/interests + collect RSVP’s
  • Develop and maintain Get Work Events Calendar (with Core Market specific event flags + post-event plus/delta)
    • Organize regular jobsite tours for GW team
    • Coordinate industry events and DPR sponsorships, attend events as needed/desired
    • Schedule annual Meet + Greets with strategic partners and key clients, work with the Marketing team to develop one-sheets for meetings
    • Work with local team to secure BD sports tickets and organize the experience for clients
  • Manage regional client-focused events
    • Support National events
