This event is open to NMHC Members only.

From targeting prospects to monitoring onsite maintenance and resident amenities, new technologies provide multifamily operators with a new means of efficiency and cost savings in operations and revenue management. But, along with the benefits of new technology comes risks previously unheard of in multifamily operations. On June 9th, join host Heather Wallace, SVP, SRG Residential and other multifamily colleagues at The Flats at CityLine in Sunnyvale, CA for NMHC’s final event of the Women in Tech & Marketing Meetup Series about the digital transformation of the multifamily business. Nestled at the heart of Silicon Valley, The Flats provide a feature location to discuss how organizations are navigating new operational risks and creating sound corporate policies in a data-driven world.

Central topics may include:

PropTech and how new tech solutions are pushing multifamily operations toward digital transformation, organizing strategies that spearhead successful new business and information management practices, and emerging data standards and what new regulations mean to multifamily data practices.

Immerse yourself in a two- and half-hour breakfast networking event, to include a small presentation by the event host. The event will be from 8:30 am – 11:00 am. Program will begin promptly at 9:00 am and will end by 11:00 am. Attendees are invited to participate in guided tours of the property starting at the end of the event. 

  • 8:30 am – Arrival
  • 9:00 am – Welcome & Introductions
  • 9:15 am – TBC – presentation
  • 9:35 am – Breakout discussions
  • 11:00 am – Event ends

This is a member-only event for women in professional roles related to technology and marketing at multifamily companies that own, develop, and/or manage apartment communities and industry partners.

Meetup Cancellation Policy

Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds received prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.
