As one of the premier conferences in the world, the Annual NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment is always a highly anticipated event that convenes thought leaders from across the US and around the globe.
While it is has been a difficult decision to make, after careful consideration and to ensure the health and safety of conference attendees and panelists in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Conference’s Executive Planning Committee has chosen to postpone the Conference until November 2020.
The new one-and-a-half day event will take place on November 11 and 12, at the New York Marriott Marquis, and will feature the same powerful and thought-provoking content that is so critical to those who attend the Conference each year. In a time when the industry is experiencing enormous volatility and uncertainty, we sense that postponing the date will also provide greater clarity and perspective on the path forward and the new opportunities in the months to come.
In addition to the onsite event in November, the Planning Committee developed a virtual version of the ever-popular CEOs Check In panel, which was broadcast on June 2 at 2 p.m. Moderated by Jonathan M. Tisch, chairman and CEO of Loews Hotels & Co. and co-chairman of the Board of Loews Corporation, it featured a star-studded lineup of executives and provided deeply informative insights on trends and projections.
