The King Street Renovation project located in San Francisco, CA is an office renovation totaling 18,251 SF. A renovation of Webcor’s corporate office, the project is located on the third floor of a Type 1 concrete residential building. Designed by Blitz Architects, the tenant improvements to Webcor’s third floor office space included a complete interior buildout of the space while occupied by corporate staff and residents on other floors of the building
Hollywood Park Retail located in Inglewood, CA is a ground-up, Type II and Type IV steel retail project designed by Architects Orange. This GMP project totals 519,022 square feet throughout 24 structures with 1-2 levels above grade. Amenities include lake front dining space, an outdoor recreational plaza, an outdoor movie screen, world-class retailers, designers and brands, and a 20,000 SF mix of local and regional restaurants.
The project’s total square footage is distributed throughout one structure with 12 levels above grade and three levels below grade. It includes 58 limited-edition residences with an average size of more than 2,400 square feet and a 12,000 square foot, full floor penthouse which is one of the most expensive ever sold in Los Angeles.
