The Barrett, Multifamily - Marietta, Ga.

The Barrett consists of 200 apartment units spread across five four-story buildings in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The development features wood frame construction with a brick and fiber cement siding exterior.

Central amenities include a leasing office, a fitness center, a hospitality room, a gathering area with gallery and a club room encompassing a TV lounge, an arcade and a demonstration kitchen. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a deck and grilling stations.

Soltra at SanTan Village, Multifamily - Gilbertz, AZ

McShane Construction Company is providing the general construction services for Soltra at SanTan Village on behalf of Leon Capital Group.

The three- and four-story, 380-unit complex will incorporate wood frame construction with an attractive stucco and stone exterior. Units will be available in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations and will feature a mix of luxury vinyl tile and carpet, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Interior amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center and leasing office. The property will also offer an outdoor pool, spa and cabana, a dog park, and garages and carports for residents to enjoy.

Pacific Commons Industrial Center - Fremont, Ca.

Pacific Commons Industrial Center is an 814,852-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Fremont, California that was completed by McShane Construction Company.

The modern cross-dock industrial facility includes a tiltwall panel exterior, 56′ x 50′ column spacing, an ESFR sprinkler system, 141 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors and a 36′ clear height. The development was designed to achieve LEED-Silver certification and offers 68 electric vehicle charging stations.

Located on a greenfield site, the facility offers 461 parking spaces for automobiles, 143 trailer parking spaces and stormwater detention.

GlenStar O'hare Office Building - Chicago, IL

McShane Construction Company completed GlenStar O’Hare Office Building, a 150,000-square-foot multi-story office facility on behalf of developer, GlenStar Properties, located on a 3.5-acre site in Chicago, Illinois.

The eight-story office facility was constructed on a greenfield site near O’Hare International Airport and features precast concrete construction with ribbon windows on top of a four-foot mat foundation. The first three floors and partial fourth floor of the building encompass structured parking with floors five through eight featuring open office areas. The total parking count for the development is 628 spaces.
