Pacific Commons Industrial Center is an 814,852-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Fremont, California that was completed by McShane Construction Company.
The modern cross-dock industrial facility includes a tiltwall panel exterior, 56′ x 50′ column spacing, an ESFR sprinkler system, 141 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors and a 36′ clear height. The development was designed to achieve LEED-Silver certification and offers 68 electric vehicle charging stations.
Located on a greenfield site, the facility offers 461 parking spaces for automobiles, 143 trailer parking spaces and stormwater detention.
McShane Construction Company completed GlenStar O’Hare Office Building, a 150,000-square-foot multi-story office facility on behalf of developer, GlenStar Properties, located on a 3.5-acre site in Chicago, Illinois.
The eight-story office facility was constructed on a greenfield site near O’Hare International Airport and features precast concrete construction with ribbon windows on top of a four-foot mat foundation. The first three floors and partial fourth floor of the building encompass structured parking with floors five through eight featuring open office areas. The total parking count for the development is 628 spaces.
